Audio Transcription
To ensure your content is accessible to all (and meets ADA requirements and other legal requirements), it is essential to have a word-for-word transcript of audio files, and closed captions (generally created from a transcript) for video files.
Clear Audio
Audio that is free of excessive background noise, mumbling, and filler words, and spoken in a “neutral American accent” or lightly accented.
$1.50 per minute, minimum of $5.
Delivery time determined on case-by-case basis.
Difficult Audio
Audio that is difficult to transcribe due to background noise, mumbling, excessive filler words, or heavily accented English
Cost and delivery time determined on a cast by case basis, between $2 and $4 per minute, minimum of $10.
Audio Description
Audio Description is a next-level accessibility feature, which helps the visually impaired understand a video by describing what is happening on the screen. It is similar to regular voiceover in which you supply a script for me to read, but I will also be sure to match up the timing of the narration with the video.
Rate for Audio Description
$15 for each 1,000 words. Delivery time determined on a case-by-case basis
PowerPoint Fixer-upper
If you can get information on a PowerPoint but don’t know how (or don’t have the patience) to make it into a presentation that’s easy to follow, easy on the eyes, and doesn’t make your audience read entire paragraphs, you’ve come to the right place. Send me a PowerPoint that doesn’t look so great, and I will turn it into a professional presentation.
